GP Law Group is a personal injury law firm co-founded by David Gharakhanian, Jr. and Manee Pazargad. Long-time friends, colleagues and classmates throughout their joint studies at U.C.L.A. and Loyola Law School, they teamed up to bring to life a shared vision to build a practice that puts people first.

Start by calling our office at (310) 860-0600 to schedule a free consultation and case review. We will discuss what you can expect and submit your case.

Investigation & Case Building

Conduct in-depth review of medical records, accident reports, and other documents
Communicate with insurance companies to set up claims
Interview witnesses and obtain expert opinions (if needed)
Establish liability and calculate potential damages

Medical Treatment & Documentation

If needed, refer and help schedule client with medical providers
Monitor treatment
Gather medical reports, bills, and expert evaluations

Pre-Litigation

Draft and send settlement demand package to the insurance carrier
Engage in pre-litigation settlement discussions
Assess and strategize the need to file a lawsuit

File a lawsuit
Conduct discovery, including written discovery, depositions, medical examinations, etc.)
Engage in settlement discussions, including potential mediation
