David isn\u2019t your typical personal injury attorney \u2014 his connection to this work runs deep. As a child, he survived a serious car accident that left a lasting mark, not just physically but financially and emotionally. The compensation he received from that case helped cover his college tuition and housing, which helped open doors that otherwise would have stayed closed. It was an experience that shaped his life and planted the seed for the work he does today: helping others through the same kind of tough, uncertain moments he once faced himself.<\/p>

Known for his creative approach in the courtroom and sharp instincts as a litigator, David has built a reputation for finding smart, outside-the-box strategies that get real results. But just as important as what he does is how he does it \u2014 with empathy, authenticity, and a down-to-earth style that puts clients at ease.
