Jackie is a seasoned and supervisory level Case Manager who helps handle and oversee cases from intake through the entirety of the pre-litigation phases, including opening insurance claims, coordinating medical treatment, handling property damage claims, determining insurance coverages and liability, drafting settlement demand packages, negotiating settlements. Her day-to-day duties also include interacting with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients. As the firm’s Supervising Case Manager, she ensures that clients receive exceptional service and that each case is handled with care and efficiency.

With a background in both healthcare and law, Jackie brings a unique blend of compassion and knowledge to her work. Over time, her passion for helping others and her interest in law led her to pursue a Paralegal Certificate from Valley College, further deepening her commitment to the practice of law.

Outside of work, Jackie is a basketball (Go Clippers!) and football fan. She is also a talented bartender on the weekends, and enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a dog mother to her beloved “Honey.”
